Jessica Wilson Ph.D.

Jessica originally did her PhD research on the physiology of Parkinson's disease, before realizing her career interests were broader than what academia could give her. She didn't have a background for pharma, and consulting wasn't her bag either - but she had a ton of science communication and education experience that she leveraged into a product specialist position. iMotions is a software company that provides human behavior tools to researchers including eye tracking, facial expression analysis, skin conductance and more, for applications in academia as well as in industry (automotive, gaming, usability, consumer neuroscience). Jessica is happy to discuss her 3+ years experience as a sales engineer and in-house expert, to help other PhDs find the way forward!
